Out and about!
Summertime is in full swing. River Bend residents have many activities and adventures to choose from year round but, summer weather gives us opportunities to plan fun outings and bus trips. In June we visited the Field of Dreams movie site. Our outing in July was to see the “Hula Hoop Tree” in Amber, IA and lunch at Pizza Ranch. On August 20th we plan to travel to the National Farm Toy Museum in Dyersville, IA. While we are out we will also make a stop for ice cream at Dairy Queen. It’s the perfect summertime treat!
